Introducing Hourly Pricing
So what does this mean for you?
Transparency first and foremost! Moving forward we will no longer charge per service, we will charge for our time!
Each stylist will have a set hourly rate and you will book according to how much time your hair and desired style will take. The beauty of this model is the freedom you have in booking appointments and services. You may receive any type of service and/or as many services as you’d like in the amount of time booked for. Gone are the days of having to remember to add a trim to a color service, or putting off that deep conditioning treatment you’ve been needing.
We have also made the decision to go gratuity free!
Why, you ask?
This takes out the guess work at the end of your service when planning your appointments. There are no hidden fees, no additional service fees, no additional math! Your total service ticket will be the price per hours booked with your chosen stylist (plus tax). This new booking module also allows us to pay our team fair, livable wages and not rely on tips for their compensation.
What to expect?
Price equation for planning your next visit:
(Hourly Price) + (Hours Booked) + (NM State Tax) = Total Amount Due
Ex: $100 (hourly rate) + 2 hours (booked time) + $15.76 (NM sales tax) = $215.76

Booking
Each person’s hair is truly unique, and everyone’s goals for their style are unique. Time based pricing allows us to customize the amount of time we are spending with our guests to suit them. If you have questions on how to accurately schedule an appointment, we encourage you to reach out to a member of our team! We are happy to offer suggestions and solutions to all your booking needs.
NEW GUESTS
We are currently requesting and requiring all new guests interested in color services to schedule for a complimentary consultation! This will allow us time to meet and give an accurate recommendation for how much time to schedule for.
ONLINE RESERVATIONS NOW OPEN
New Guests are strongly encouraged to book a complimentary consultation with one of our stylists to help ensure you are booked for the correct amount of time! We ask all cancellation or rescheduled reservations give us a 48 hour notice. All reservations cancelled or rescheduled after the 48 mark will be subjected to a 50% charge of the total reservation. No shows will be responsible for the total cost of the reservation amount.

travel fee: $50 within albuquerque city limits, outside city limits travel fee upon consultation.
long distance/out of state travel fee:
any travel further than 4 hours will require room and board for overnight travel. lodging will be at your choice, upon agreement of both parties.
assistant fee: $100-200 if your party is larger than we can accommodate, this fee will be added to the total cost of your service
